What if I need more than the included hours?+
Additional work is billed at RM150/hour. We always give you a quote before doing anything extra — no surprise invoices.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?+
No long-term contract. All plans are month-to-month. We ask for 30 days notice if you decide to stop — that’s it.
How do I pay? Does Variety Design issue official receipts?+
We accept bank transfer (FPX), DuitNow, and Stripe. All payments come with an official receipt — Variety Design is SSM-registered. Monthly invoices on the 1st of each month.
My website was built by another agency. Can you still maintain it?+
In most cases, yes. We’ll request admin access and run a free audit first. If something is outside our scope, we’ll tell you upfront.
