1. About the site

The site is run by Variety Design (SSM 201403169934 / SA0302329-T), Klang, Selangor, trading as Variety D. It shows what Variety Design does and how to get in touch.

2. Information only

Content on the site is general information. It is not a quote, an offer or professional advice. Plans and prices are shown in RM and may change. Confirm the plan and price on WhatsApp before you order. Work starts only after a written quote or agreement is accepted.

Using this site, sending an enquiry or receiving a reply does not create a contract or a client relationship. A contract exists only when a written quote or agreement is accepted.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

• break the law or use the site for fraud,
• try to reach systems, accounts or data that are not yours,
• send malware, spam or automated bulk requests,
• copy the site and pass it off as your own,
• send false or harmful content through the enquiry form.

4. Intellectual property

The design, text, logo, graphics and code of this site belong to Variety Design or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to its pages for normal, non commercial use. Any other copying or reuse needs written permission.

Client work shown on the site belongs to the client. Please do not copy it.

5. Your submissions

What you send through the form or by message stays yours. You allow Variety Design to use it to reply to you and to deliver any work you request. How personal data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to sites run by others, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Variety Design does not control them and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. No guarantee of results

Variety Design works to keep the site accurate and available, but does not promise it will be error free or always online. Examples of past work do not promise the same results for you. Search rankings, traffic and enquiries depend on many factors outside anyone's control.

To the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without promises of any kind.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Variety Design is not liable for any loss from using or being unable to use this site, including lost profit, lost data or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Variety Design for the specific service in the 12 months before the claim. The website itself is free to use, so for the website that amount is RM0.

9. Changes

The site and these terms may change at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is to be settled in the courts of Malaysia.
